We respect your privacy and confidentiality and we will ensure that there is no negative effect on you for raising a complaint or providing feedback.

If you are a young person, parent or member of the community who could like to provide feedback or raise a concern regarding your safety or the safety of others, you can:

  • Ask to speak with your site’s Branch Manager as soon as possible.
  • If you don’t want to speak to the Branch Manager; you can call (08) 8212 9000 and ask to speak to our Child Safety Contact Person, in our Complaints Team.
